Clay

Our product range covers raw and ground clays comprising 20-43% Al₂O₃ and firing colours ranging from cream-white to yellow and red. Key markets are manufacturers of structural ceramics and refractories.

Chamotte

Chamottes specified according to refractoriness, porosity, thermal expansion, firing colour and purity as well as grain size for refractories, fine fireclay sanitary ware and structural ceramics.

Feldspar

Pegmatite is a white-firing basic raw material for porcelain, sanitary ware, wall and floor tiles and clinkers. Washed potassium feldspathic sand is also introduced to roofing tiles as shorting material or as an Al₂O₃ source in glass mixtures.

Soapstone

Our fine-crystalline soapstone is ideally suitable for steatite and cordierite bodies. If calcined, it has particularly favourable effects in extruded products. It is used mainly in insulating components or in honeycombs as heat exchangers.

Ceramic bodies

Crumbly bodies for refractories, structural ceramics as well as plastically shaped stove tiles and earthenware.
